Open Alpha is now live!

Alpha 65 has just rolled out, and it is bringing some news about general game balance and the starting of an open alpha phase.

OPEN ALPHA
We just opened the game for everyone. No more invitation keys required. Just register and play. We hope in this way to hopefully test a little bit all the infrastructure and see how it goes with a few more players in.

RESOURCES AMOUNT TIED TO ECONOMY RATING
As kindly suggested by one of our users we decided to tie resorces amount found on celestial objects to the economy rating of the host star system. This way wealthier systems are often sitting on more farmable resources (at least when they are first discovered).

RESOURCES TIER TIED TO DISTANCE FROM ORIGIN WORLD
Resources found on celestial objects will have their tier tied to the overall distance from the origin sector ROPECU. In other words, the farthest you get from the origin system, the more likely is to find high tier resources. NB: systems already discovered before this implementation could still have high tier resources in their celestial objects. This is not retroactive!

TRADING HUB TIER LIMITATIONS
Trading hub are automatically selling goods even if no player has posted anything in it. You can tell those offers by the [REDACTED] in the commander name field. Trading hub will refill with those anouncements only as long as there are not enough users generated anouncements in it. 
Automatic offers in trading hubs will now offer only tier 1 and tier 2 goods and resources. This is meant to leave access to high level goods only available through human made crafting and trading.
Also, this way low tier goods and resources will be available for new players also in already resources depleted systems.
Obviously human players can still put announcements in trading hubs without any tier limitation.

SMALL UI FIXES 
In this patch we are also releasing a small number of ui fixes here and there. We are working on it slowly but constantly!

CRAFTING RECIPES
Inserting crafting recipes for any kind of good which is not directly farmable in the game is a huge data entry work. We're working on it a little piece at a time, but sometimes good balance ends up a little overlooked in the rush to try to insert it all. If you find something that you feel is a little unbalanced, anywhere, feel free to point it out and we will address it. Also if you need something to be crafted that still has not a recipe tell us and we will take a look at the matter.
